These are the mySewnet™ services provided by SVP Worldwide: 

  1. mySewnet™ Cloud: a service where you save and access your personal files, stitches and designs, over the Internet instead of on your computer’s hard drive.

    Your files in mySewnet™ Cloud can be saved and accessed from different devices; your mySewnet™ enabled machine, your PC or Mac, your smart phone or tablet via mySewnet™ apps.
     
  2. mySewnet™ Cloud Sync Tool - Mac or PC: a tool to support synchronization of a local folder on your PC or Mac with the files stored in mySewnet™ cloud.
  3. The mySewnet Portal: a website where you access your own profile information, user account settings, machine information, subscription options and online cloud file management etc. It is easily accessible from anywhere with an Internet connection, including mac computers.
  4. SewNotice: an app that monitor the embroidery stitch-out progress via notifications on your smart phone. Get notifications when you're out of thread, ready to change colors, and when your design is done.
  5. ImageStitch: An app that allows you to take a photo and quickly create an embroidery design. Save design to your mySewnet™ Account to be synchronized to your machine.
  6. CreatorCue: an app synchronized with your mySewnet™ enabled machine that allows you to view step by step instructions in your tablet or smart phone. Stitches and designs can be loaded from app to machine.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

To get started with the mySewnet™ services - follow the instructions below.

1. Register a mySewnet™ Account

In order to use mySewnet™ services you need to register an account. You can register an account from:
  • mySewnet™ portal
  • Your mySewnet™ enabled machine when connected to WiFi. 
  • SewNotice App
  • CreatorCue App
  • mySewnet™ Cloud Sync Tool - Mac or PC.
When you register your mySewnet™ account, you need to verify your e-mail address via e-mail and complete your profile information before logging in to any of the devices.


Note: If you have already registered an account at PFAFF® product registration since before,
you can use your account to login to the mySewnet™ without creating a new account. All your old machine
information will be brought over to 
mySewnet™.
 

2.  Connect your mySewnet™ enabled machine to a WiFi Network

Touch the WiFi button in the upper left corner on your machine and activate WiFi. Select a network from the list of available networks. Enter the password for the selected network (if needed).
 







 

 

 

3. Sign In to the mySewnet™ Account from your mySewnet™ enabled machine to get your cloud storage

Touch the mySewnet™ button next to the WiFi button. Enter your username and password for your mySewnet™ account.

The @-sign can be found when pressing the key next to 123 on the keyboard: 

 

Note: It is important to sign in to your mySewnet™ account on your mySewnet™ enabled machine, otherwise the mySewnet™ Cloud will not be accessible in the portal.

 

4. Download and Install the mySewnet™ Cloud Sync Tool - Mac or PC - 

Download the mySewnet™ cloud sync tool:

When downloaded, unzip the file and run the file mysewnetcloudsyncsetup.exe file and follow the instructions in the setup wizard. Once it is installed, you will see a mySewnet™ cloud sync tool folder on your hard drive.

5. Download the FREE SewNotice App, ImageStitch App, CreatorCue App from:

6. Sign In to mySewnet™ Cloud Sync Tool

In this step you need to establish a connection between your computer and the mySewnet™ Cloud. Launch the mySewnet™ Cloud Sync Tool by clicking on it under the Programs menu. An icon  will appear in the taskbar. Click on the icon on your taskbar and then click “SIGN IN TO mySewnet”. You will be prompted to enter your e-mail address and password for your mySewnet™ account
 
Note: The mySewnet™ cloud sync tool requires Windows® 7, Windows® 8, Windows® 10 or Mac OS X 10. 10 and above in order to work.
 
When you open any of the mySewnet™ apps for

the first time you will also have to sign in with your mySewnet™ account.

 


 

7. Manage and Store Files on the mySewnet™ Cloud

Think of mySewnet™ cloud as one folder that can be accessed from many devices. If you save,
delete add or modify a file in the mySewnet™ Cloud folder, the change is automatically synchronized to all devices.

Manage your personal files on the mySewnet™ cloud from these three places: 

 

Your mySewnet™ enabled machine

You will reach the mySewnet™ cloud folder from the Home screen. Save your files created in the machine to the mySewnet™ cloud folder.

 








 

 

mySewnetPortal

Login to your account on the mySewnet™ portal. In order to see the mySewnet™ cloud for the first time at the portal, you need to login on your mySewnet™ enabled machine first. Select “mySewnet™ cloud” in the menu and you will see all your files. Create folders to organize your files.









mySewnet Cloud Sync Tool

The mySewnet™ cloud sync tool folder can be accessed from the mySewnet™ cloud icon on the taskbar, touch “OPEN mySewnet™ folder.” You can also find it in your file explorer under “Favorites.” It appears as an ordinary folder and can contain folders within. Drag and drop files to add it into the folder.
