We strongly recommend you always update your creative vision™ sewing and embroidery machine with the latest software version. Instructions on how to update the creative vision™ machine can be found in the pdf file below!

creative vision™ update version 14752_5177 (2008-10-01):

The new software version includes the following software improvements:

The hoop positions for “change bobbin” and “cut” have been adjusted for some hoops.
The kerning distance, distance between letters, have been changed for some letters to improve the “writing”.
Some of the rare intermittent failures causing a blue screen have been eliminated.
If you have loaded your machine with the latest software version 14278 that included a boot update, all you have to do is to download this new version and load it to your PFAFF® creative vision™ sewing and embroidery machine. (Software version 14278 was released in August 2008)

If you have a lower version number you need to update the boot program in your machine with software version 14278 before you can continue and update your machine with this new software. More information about how to update your boot program can be found at Smart Update FAQ or from your dealer.
