Patchwork bag from fabric scraps
Posted by Carina Thavelin
This bag is from creative magazine that we used to produce many years ago. It was originally made on a creative 2144, a previous top model sewing and embroidery machine. But can easily be adapted for any sewing machine.
It’s so easy, just cut leaf shaped fabric pieces and iron them on a sheet of fusible batting, press and then sew decorative stitches to cover the raw edges.

I have included both the pattern and the instruction so you can try it out yourself.

Hope you have fun with your fabrics.
