Christmas Ornaments - Embroidery Project

Add that extra touch to your Christmas ornaments and create a holiday that sparkles with a PFAFF® sewing and embroidery machine.

Supplies

  • Sewing and embroidery machine
  • Freestanding Lace Design from the mySewnet™ Library
  • Robison-Anton 40wt embroidery thread – white or color of your choice
  • Bobbin thread
  • INSPIRA™ Aqua Magic stabilizer
  • Glue
  • Swarovski crystals
  • Rhinestone applicator

  1. Hoop the water-soluble stabilizer in the hoop of your choice.

  2. Embroider as many decorations as you need for your ornaments. Rinse the lace in water to dissolve the stabilizer in water. Leave them to dry on an ornament to get the right rounded shape.

  3. Glue the lace to the ornaments and add crystals for that extra sparkle.

Perfect to decorate and make your Christmas tree or window sparkle.
