IMPROVEMENTS IN NEW UPDATE

• Support added for two new metal hoops 240x150M and 100x100M
• Improved ‘Thread Cutter’ calibration. This new functionality can be activated by a Service Tech to add a cutter calibration at each cut. If not activated by a service tech the cutter of the machine will work the same as it did before this update.
• Start of basting changed (does not start in the absolute corner any longer), to improve bobbin thread pickup performance
• Improved initial presser foot height when stitching in free motion
• Monogram Stitches 0 and Q has been reworked for improved stitch quality
• Changes to Quick help texts and information texts on all supported languages

How to update with USB cable

• Click on the link below to download the update file. You need a file compression utility to open the file (WinZip or similar).
• Extract the .exe file to your desktop. Then double click on the .exe file from your desktop to start the Update Wizard. You may get Security Warnings. Click Run to continue.
• The creative vision™ Update Wizard will start. Follow the instructions on screen.
• When the update is complete your creative vision™ will automatically restart. Estimated time for the update is 8 minutes.

How to update with USB embroidery stick
(requires version 19617-6074 or later in the machine)

• Click on the linked zip-file below to download the update file. You need a file compression utility to open the file (WinZip or similar).
• Extract the .exe file to your desktop. Then double click on the .exe file from your desktop to start the Update Wizard. You may get Security Warnings. Click Run to continue.
• The machine Update Wizard will start. Follow the instructions on screen and be sure to select "USB embroidery stick" as the update method.
• When the USB embroidery stick is prepared the Update Wizard will tell you to move it to your machine, start the update and follow the instructions on the Interactive Screen.
• When the update is complete your machine will automatically restart. Estimated time for the update is 13 minutes.

How to update with USB embroidery stick

• Click on the link below to download the update file. You need a file compression utility to open the file (WinZip or similar).
• Save the file in the root of the USB memory, not in any folder. Make sure no other update file (.clo file) is present in the root of the USB stick.
• Insert the USB memory into your creative vision™.
• Press and hold the Needle Up/Down and the Pattern Restart keys while switching on the machine. Hold the keys until you can read "Firmware Update Mode" on the Interactive Screen.
• Follow the instructions on the Interactive Screen.
• When the update is complete your creative vision™ will automatically restart. Estimated time for the update is 13 minutes.
